“Where are the safest Fresno neighborhoods?” Many Fresno  buyers often ask this question.  Unfortunately, our Fresno Realtors® can’t disclose details about crime, racial makeup, or other details about neighborhoods (Realtors® are prohibited by the Fair Housing Act from disclosing this information).  However, a new website CrimeReports.com is a crime mapping website that shows crime reports in Fresno and Clovis neighborhoods.  Users can search by a specific address or neighborhood and view reported crimes at that particular address or within that neighborhood.  CrimeReports.com details crimes ranging from breaking and entering to robbery to even registered sex offenders.

Fresno Crime Map – iPhone App

If you have an iPhone, you can download the CrimeReports app and search crime reports right from your phone.  The iPhone app updates Fresno  crime reports in real-time from information supplied by local law enforcement agencies.  Below is a sample CrimeReport snapshot.
