Did you also know that by visiting a Starbucks you will know whether that community might be a good place to buy your next home? A local Starbucks can tell you a lot about a community, even if you don’t like coffee, you will get a feel for who your neighbors will be. A Starbucks tells you who works nearby during the week, as well as who lives in the general area.
Now, of course if you live in a rural community or somewhere there is not a Starbucks Coffee nearby (I’m really sorry!), you will have to do a little more research. I suggest visiting the nearest “watering hole” – local grocery store, gas station, church or community center. Virtually all communities have some sort of gathering place. Find out what it is and just visit.
