Happy Friday the 13th! I actually have great news on this scary day.
Of course us at Fresno Real Estate think it is a great time to buy a new home in Fresno. What about you? Do you think the time is right? Have you been on the fence about buying? Well, let me encourage you a little bit. Although there are many reasons to hold off on buying a home, there seems to be a great opportunity for those who are in a position to buy in today’s local Fresno and Clovis market.
Back in early April of 2012 we wrote an article title, Is is still a good time to buy a home in Fresno? that shared two perspectives to consider. These perspectives remain to be a helpful lens to look through in order to make your decision.

These rates are crazy and most likely will not last at this rate.
